Die Spitfire Tempest 3/4 Trägerhose mit Polster ist auf Fahrten bei kühlerem Wetter ausgelegt.
Die Trägerhose besteht aus Bioracers Tempest-Stoff und schützt so bei kalten Temperaturen. Der atmungsaktive Stoff sorgt bei der Fahrt jedoch auch für ein komfortables Gefühl. Die neu gestalteten Träger stützen den Körper zusätzlich in der Rennposition.
Das Vapor Pad ist Teil von Bioracers neuester Pad-Generation und stellt ein große Weiterentwicklung in Sachen Atmungsaktivität und Dämpfung dar. Bei der Entwicklung stehen folgende Fragen im Vordergrund: Wie kann die Dämpfung verbessert werden, die nötig ist, um es auf steifen Carbon-Rädern auszuhalten, ohne das Pad dicker zu machen? Das Ergebnis: Vapor-Technologie.
Das Pad besteht aus verschiedenen Schichten. Die oberste reduziert die Reibung und ist atmungsaktiv. Die 2 Mittelschichten sind ebenfalls atmungsaktiv und transportieren Feuchtigkeit. Aber die wirklich herausragende ist die Hauptschicht. Bioracer verwendet dort Evapore, ein 3D-Gewebe mit besseren Dämpfungseigenschaften. Unter Druck wird Evapore gummiartig, sodass es selbst unter maximaler Kompression Stöße dämpft. Außerdem ist das Material hydrophob, das heißt, es leitet Schweiß ab. Das Pad bleibt dauerhaft trocken.
